Because our litters are limited and intentionally raised, availability is limited — and puppies are often reserved months in advance. Why Join Our Waitlist?

Unlike large breeders or puppy mills, we do not overproduce litters. Instead, each puppy is born and raised with love, care, and attention in our home. As a result, spaces on our waitlist are limited.

By joining our Chico Coton puppy waitlist, you:

How the Process Works

  1. I will send you our information packet. If you have any questions You can text me (Karen) at 530-588-8099
  2. If you feel like we may be a good fit, fill out our puppy application.
  3. Speak with Us – I’ll review your application and set up a call/ video call to ensure we are a great match and so you can ask me any questions you have.
  4. Place Your Deposit – If we are a good match, you can secure your spot for a puppy.
  5. Beginning with the pregnancy of the mom, I send out a weekly blog documenting everything from the birth to your puppy’s last days here at our home before they come to you. You’ll see them grow and develop week by week and will have access to the blog and your puppy’s personalized photo album forever.
  6. Puppy Selection – With my guidance and matching of which puppies would be a good fit for you, families choose their puppy in the order of the waitlist when the puppies are ready.
  7. Bring Your Coton Home – I’ll guide you through welcoming your puppy into your home. You will receive a copy of my e-book, Raising Your Puppy, to make the transition and years to come as smooth and fulfilling as possible.

We are so proud to be founding members of the Malagasy Coton de Tulear Preservation Club, which passionately safeguards our gene pool, and we are so proud to raise our puppies with Puppy Culture, a socialization and training program specifically developed for puppies, from birth through the end of their critical socialization period.
We are honored to have provided incredible, loving companions to many families across the country over the years.
